Managing Director

Enzo prides himself on his ability to manage all aspects of the business including the onsite supervision of jobs. Alongside his office team as well as over 100 workmen, Imperial Coatings has been involved in over 1000 projects scaling from small works to multi-residential high rises.

Adam Wareing

General Manager

Adam has 25 years of experience in the construction industry working with key head contractors on high profile projects. Adam brings broad expertise, which has brought Imperial to new areas of service for our clients.

Contracts Manager

Phil is a master of compliance, risk avoidance and contract administration. Phil has 15 years of experience in SEQ's construction industry. Phil is a contract specialist with a keen-eye for detail.

Damien Habchi

Construction Manager

With twenty years of experience in the construction industry, Damien heads Imperial's carpentry, linings and further construction division. He is exceptional in his commercial acumen and on-site management.

Jamie Hampson

Site Supervisor

Jamie has worked with Imperial since the beginning. He has experience and knowledge in the painting industry well past 30 years worth. Jamie is efficient in all aspects of operations and on-site management.

Des Smith

Estimating Manager

Des is a 40 year veteran in the business and is our senior estimator. He is an expert in liaising with clients to evaluate and oversee project processes, assisting with project budgeting.

Toni Sciacca

Accounts Manager

Toni joined us in 2015 as our Accounts and Payroll manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, and customer service to our team.

Administration Manager
